Spaghetti & meatballs
A casual Friday dinner but no average produce!
Thanks to The Food Hub we have access to excellent quality organic Sicilian durum wheat spaghetti and tomato passata from Valdibella.
Our friends from VARK in Nijlen have lovely Duroc pork and the guys at De Zwaluw (nearby Ghent) tasty veal.
We have been working with both farmers and are extremely happy with the quality they offer.
Our newest version of Normo coffee tiramisu is tried & tested and it’s bloody good!
Together with the folks from El Cider we present you a cracking Friday dinner with cider, wine & cocktails, highlighting our common philosophies –
family tradition, sustainable farming & small scale production from a bunch of good people!
