Easter brunch hamper

Holidays are just around the corner!
Have you thought about a picnic hamper or a diverse brunch setting to cover your Easter weekend?
Well we did!

After living in New Zealand and England we couldn’t resist featuring the Hot Cross Buns on this menu.
Around this time of year In England and New Zealand you wouldn’t pass a bakery that don’t have their shelves filled with these iconic Easter treats – a mildly sweet bun with raisins, apples, spiced with cinnamon, clove & orange zest. We added our twist with apricot & elderflower glaze.

We packed the hamper with a collection of items that very much resemble the mission of Stoked –
well-travelled food often with a hint of New Zealand, showcasing the best of what the season has on offer – locally & further afield.

Not included in the menu but an option to accompany your meal is a mildly sparkling natural wine from Veneto, Italy, a rosé Champagne and a poiré from Normandy, France.
