We told ya, pies are not only eaten in the winter!Here is the newest pie member:White and green asparagus grown in Lier, Bart Vinck shiitake, in a creamy potato & asparagus sauce seasoned with tarragon. This was a great lunch, accompanied with those unbelievably crunchy #onslogischvoedsel greens and turnip and a lovely Magnolia lemonade.
