Hello OLT!

After our successful 2023 season of public catering at the OLT Rivierenhof, we’re happy to be back again for the 2024 season!

No need to book a table pre-concert, we’ll be there ready to serve you a variety of wholesome street foods with a focus on provenance and the people behind the labels.

We continue with the vision of sourcing our ingredients predominantly from Belgian small-scale farmers and producers, but also through our long-term Italian and Spanish co-operative farm suppliers. Thanks to The Food Hub, each unique grower story is told, highlighting their individuality and team efforts for a better world of food.

Throughout this summer, you can expect to see many treats on the OLT counter. Along with our signature Stoked pies – always showcasing the season’s treasures – further tasty options available are: hot dogs with a twist, smoked pulled pork in buns, and tortilla totopos, as well as Sichuan dan dan noodles, wholesome salads and mezze platters and our triple chocolate & hazelnut brownies.

Our starting Stoked pie flavours this season are: pepper steak and mushroom, where the filling is slow roasted with lots of colourful pepper spice, and Thai panang-inspired curry, cooked in coconut cream and aromatics such as kaffir lime leaves, ginger and galangal. The punch from a selected mix of exotic chili peppers gives this pie its distinct flavour.

Our hot dogs, made with quality sausage, are here again this year. Our BBQ’d plum ketchup, later our fermented mushroom ketchup, sauerkraut and caramelised onions, are teamed with sausage crafted by Stéphane from La Bouch’bio or veg hot dog sausage made by Janko from Le Seitanist, in brioche buns freshly baked by Domestic bakery.
Stéphane is also supplying us with organic pork which we marinade in lots of spices, smoke overnight and pull the next day. It’s a piece of heaven with a Domestic bakery’s potato bun.

The coloured zero waste tortilla totopos from Tortilleria Taiyari are served with our house salsa dip, rich in summer veg such as tomatoes and yellow and red peppers, with chipotle and coriander.
