We are happy to share the news that we will be the official caterer of the public crowd at the 2023 summer edition of OLT Rivierenhof.
This summer we’ll be preparing food for thousands of attendants and for this we need help!
Ideally you’ve worked in a commercial kitchen before but no worries if you haven’t – love for quality ingredients and willing to learn in a fun and fast paced environment overrides any experience.
We love to meet and teach people what we already know. Maybe we learn some tricks from you too?!
We will be working closely together as a team over the summer.
We will wash, peel, chop & blanche a lot of vegetables, roast, grill & fry meat, make sauces and gravy’s, roll kilo’s of pastry and bake cakes & cookies. We will also wash and dry dishes, a lot!
It is an opportunity to learn basic cooking techniques but also to extend your existing knowledge. You will gain a broad understanding on cooking in large batches with efficiency in a complex setup.
Are you a good listener, a quick learner and a fun and reliable person? That is what we need.

*sous chef / service supervisor (18-22:30h @ OLT – Rivierenhof)

in a previously arranged schedule (up to 5 days a week)
*commitment to the whole summer
*previous cooking experience
*student / flexi status
*willingness to work 3 or more shifts a week
